Types of ABM Panels
ABM Panel - 28 Gauge G-100 Galvanized Premium Panel

Galvanized steel is made by passing bare steel through a bath of molten zinc at 842 degrees Fahrenheit. The zinc coating that gives the steel sheet its resistance to weathering and rust, offers better cathodic (or sacrificial) protection for scratches and cut edges.

G-100 Galvanized steel is known to resist ammonia better than Galvalume. That means it is the best choice for use in animal confinement such as pig barns, dairy barns, horse barns, and chicken houses.
Available with 25 energy-efficient colors with 40-year paint warranties.
ABM Panel - 28 Gauge AZ50 Galvalume Standard Panel

Galvalume, which typically costs less than Galvanized, is made from bare steel covered with a mixture of zinc, aluminum, and trace amounts of silicon to improve its long-term weathering capabilities.

Painted Galvalume is known to exhibit more short-term edge rust and tension-bend stains than G-100 Galvanized, but has a reputation for better long-term weathering when compared to G-90 and lower-grade Galvanized panels.
It is very important to note that Galvalume can not be used with animal confinement.
Available in 25 energy-efficient colors with 40-year paint warranties.
ABM Panel - 28 Gauge Seconds Panel

ABM Panel seconds can be Galvanized or Galvalume steel that was rejected for unknown reasons to us from the steel mill. There could be a defect in the steel, pre-coat, or primer. The defects are usually not noticeable at first because the coils are painted with the same top-coat as our Premium and Standard panels.

Because of the uncertainty of ultimate life expectancy of the panel, we recommend the ABM Panel for interior use and temporary shelters. There is NO WARRANTY on ABM Panel Seconds
ABM Panel - 28 Gauge Perforated

0.125” holes give 13.5% open-area across the ABM Perforated Panel. Because the perforation drastically decreases reverb, it is a great option for a ceiling panel in noisy environments such as offices, workshops, reception centers, or retail Locations.

Available in white and made to custom lengths.
ABM Panel - 26 Gauge Textured AZ50 Galvalume

Homeowners like it because the unique textured surface redirects sunlight for less glare than smooth panels. Contractors like it because the texture provides more grip during installation than smooth panels.
Available in 10 energy-efficient colors with 40-year paint warranties.
